historyMark Goldstrom founded American Diaper Service in 1972 providing cloth diaper service to the Omaha and Lincoln Nebraska Metro areas. In 1987, the American Geri Service division was formed to provide incontinence products on a rental and direct sale basis to nursing homes and residential customers. American Diaper Service was sold in 2005.
Ameritex Services (ASI, LLC) was formed in 1999 by Mark and Brad Goldstrom to provide an independent commercial laundry facility specializing in healthcare laundry services in the Omaha metropolitan area. They have a combined total of 70 years in the commercial laundry industry with each bringing a different level of expertise to the Company. |
ACCREDITATIONS
Ameritex Services is Nebraska's foremost laundry accredited by the Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC). HLAC is a non-profit organization formed for the purpose of inspecting and accrediting laundries processing healthcare textiles for hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities. Providing 3rd party scrutiny, its mission is to publish the highest standards for processing healthcare textiles and to inspect and accredit laundries that meet these high standards. Ameritex Services participates in a nationwide Laundry Environmental Stewardship Program, which is committed to environmental protection by a reduction in water, energy and chemical usage. We follow the standards and procedures set by the Joint Commission, OSHA and the CDC.
